Chris Stanley grew up in Portchester, NY. He starting playing drums at the age of 5. He grew up playing in church, Bethel Sounds of Praise in Portchester, NY. There he learned the meaning of grooves and placement and had the chance to play with various renowned Gospel artists. He also performed with Ben Tankard, George Benson, bass player Anthony Jackson, Leah Devon, Dorothy Norwood, and recorded with talented local artists like Steve Clarke, Chris Coogan, A Better Way, Basic, and Angela Crawley. He is currently working on his own project "MY PASSION", which will be out this Summer.
